Terms of sale and returns
The owner of the online store Estcubes.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is Raamost OÜ (registration code 14901563), located in Tallinn.
Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the online store. The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee is added to the price for delivery of goods. The fee for delivering the goods depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when completing the order. Information about the product is provided in the Webshop directly next to the product.
Forming the order
To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. Must be completed to complete the order required data fields and choose a suitable product delivery method. Then appears on the screen the amount of the fee, which can be paid via a bank link or using another payment solution. The contract enters into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the online store's current account.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for some other reason, the buyer will be informed of this as soon as possible and the money paid will be returned (incl delivery costs) immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
Delivery
Goods are sent to the following countries: Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania. The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method. Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 1-3 working days entry into force of the sales contract.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity. In order to use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than they are necessary to make sure of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the way that they are authorized goods
for testing in a physical store. If the goods have been used for a purpose other than what is necessary in the nature, characteristics and to make sure it works or shows signs of use or wear, the Webshop has the right reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods. In order to return the goods, you must submit a withdrawal from the purchase of the goods and send it to the e-mail address within 14 days of the purchase. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is in the event that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. a wrong or defective item). The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier of the goods during the aforementioned period. The online store uses personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store transmits personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver merchandise. The online store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed his wish for this by entering an e-mail address on the website and communicated his wish
for direct mail notifications.
